Member Services

Representatives are available 8 am to 8 pm, seven days per week from October 1 – February 14.

From February 15 to September 30, there is a secure messaging system on Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. Leave your name, phone number and the time you call. A representative will contact you no more than one business day after you leave your message.

We also have free language interpreter services available for non-English speakers.

Pay Your Plan Premium

There are four ways you can pay your plan premium.

  • Check
  • Credit card
  • Automatic withdraw from your bank account
  • Have it deducted from your monthly Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board benefit check.
  • When you enrolled, you selected a payment option.

    You can change your payment option, or sign-up for an automatic monthly payment option via a credit card or electronic funds transfer (EFT) by contacting us at 844.388.8268 (TTY 711); or you can select the Member Sign In button to use the member portal for online bill payment service.

    You must be a member and register to use Vibra Health Plan member portal.
