Vibra Health Plan has provided a wealth of information below to assist with your prescription related questions.


Find a Medication

Our plan will generally cover the drugs listed in our Formulary (list of covered drugs) as long as the drug is medically necessary, the prescription is filled at a network pharmacy, and other plan rules are followed.

You may request a copy of the formulary by calling us at 844.388.8268 (TTY 711), 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 7 days a week.

Mail Order

Our plan's mail order service allows you to order at least a 30-day supply of the drug and no more than a 90-day supply.

To get order forms and information about filling your prescriptions by mail, contact AllianceRx Walgreens Prime at 855.457.1345, (TTY/TTD users should call 711), 24 hours a day, 7 days week.
