Become a broker

Want to become a broker? There are 3 easy steps to follow in order for us to review your application. Follow the steps below to send your application to Vibra Health Plan.

Complete the steps below to get started!

1. Send us an email

Send the following information to Vibra Health Plan at brokersupport@vibrahealthplan.com:

  • First and Last Name
  • Email address
  • FMO partner (must choose one):
    • URL Insurance Group

    • Ritter Insurance Marketing

You may also request appointment with Vibra Health Plan by contacting one of Vibra’s FMO (Field Marketing Organization) partners directly. Vibra’s FMO partners may ask for more information prior to starting the appointment process.

2. Activate your account

You will receive an email from donotreply@vibrahealthplan.com with log-in information.

  • Follow the emailed instructions to activate your account to start the online appointment application
  • Complete all sections of the online application before submitting

3. Complete your application

Vibra Health Plan will review your completed application and order a background check.

  • Once your application review is complete and acceptable, Vibra will process your appointment
  • Vibra will send you an email notification that your appointment has been approved, and provide your VHP writing number

Before you enroll

To make sure you are eligible we'll need a few more pieces of information.

Before your enroll

You must have Medicare Part A and Part B to join a Medicare Advantage Plan.

Generally you are not eligible to enroll in our plan if you have been medically determined to have ESRD. If you have had a successful kidney transplant and/or you don’t need regular dialysis any more, you are eligible to enroll, we will need to contact you to obtain additional information.

Are you new to Medicare?

Are you already entitled to Part A and enrolled in Part B?

Do you have end-stage renal disease ESRD?

If you have had a successful kidney transplant and/or you don't need regular dialysis any more, please mail a note or records from your doctor showing you have had a successful kidney transplant or you don't need dialysis, otherwise we may need to contact you to obtain additional information.

Important Information

You may enroll in only one Medicare Advantage Plan at a time.

You may join or leave that plan only at certain times of the year or in special circumstances.

The Annual Election Period occurs October 15 through December 7. During this time, eligible individuals may enroll in or change Medicare Advantage Plans. Coverage will begin January 1.
