Notice about Fraud, Waste and Abuse

Health care fraud is a violation of state and/or federal law. Vibra Health Plan helps protect members and providers from fraudulent and abusive practices. If you know of, or suspect health insurance fraud, please report it. Everyone has the right and responsibility to report possible fraud. Known or suspected fraud can be reported to:

  • Vibra Health Plan's compliance/fraud hotline toll-free at 1-844-920-0004 (TTY 711), 24 hours a day/7 days a week

Pay Your Plan Premium

There are four ways you can pay your plan premium. You can pay by check, credit card, automatic withdraw from your bank account, or have it taken out of your monthly Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board benefit check. When you enrolled, you selected a payment option.

You may change your payment option, or sign-up for an automatic monthly payment option via a credit card or electronic funds transfer (EFT) by calling Member Services (1-844-388-8268; TTY 711); or you may select the Member Sign In button at the top right of this website and use our Member Portal for the online bill payment service.

You must be a member and register to use Vibra Health Plan’s Member Portal.

Before you enroll

To make sure you are eligible we'll need a few more pieces of information.

Before your enroll

You must have Medicare Part A and Part B to join a Medicare Advantage Plan.

Generally you are not eligible to enroll in our plan if you have been medically determined to have ESRD. If you have had a successful kidney transplant and/or you don’t need regular dialysis any more, you are eligible to enroll, we will need to contact you to obtain additional information.

Do you have end-stage renal disease ESRD?

If you have had a successful kidney transplant and/or you don't need regular dialysis any more, please mail a note or records from your doctor showing you have had a successful kidney transplant or you don't need dialysis, otherwise we may need to contact you to obtain additional information.

Important Information

You may enroll in only one Medicare Advantage Plan at a time.

You may join or leave that plan only at certain times of the year or in special circumstances.

The Annual Election Period occurs October 15 through December 7. During this time, eligible individuals may enroll in or change Medicare Advantage Plans. Coverage will begin January 1.
